Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as the Criminal Justice Department Chair. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of academic experience in higher education, including a demonstrated record of teaching excellence and scholarly research.
- Proven leadership experience in an academic setting, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
