Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in a correctional or social services environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
