Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Manager to lead our team in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced control systems that optimize performance across various applications. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in control systems design and management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Deep understanding of control theory, automation, and system integration principles.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certifications.
- Experience with modern control techniques including PID, state-space, and adaptive control.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to control systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
- Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB, Simulink, etc.) for control system design.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles as they relate to control systems.
