Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in event management or conference services, with a track record of successful event execution.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Experience managing hybrid and virtual events, utilizing technology to enhance attendee engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with vendor management.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of event management platforms and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Experience with virtual event technology and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to events.
