Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Conference Planner to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Support the development of event agendas and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor event budgets and assist in tracking expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Conduct research and gather insights on industry trends to enhance event offerings
- Help create marketing materials and promotional content to drive attendance
- Participate in post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software
Preferred:
- Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms
- Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiation
- Knowledge of current trends in event planning and technology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
