Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Conference Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and executing high-quality conference services, ensuring that all aspects of event planning and management run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
- Coordinate with various departments, including catering, audiovisual, and facilities, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and budgets, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct site inspections and vendor evaluations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content for conferences and events.
- Support the training and supervision of conference services staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in conference services, event planning, or a related field.

Preferred:
