Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in conference services, event management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale conferences and events successfully.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience within the hospitality or corporate conference industry.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in event management.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in event management software and tools, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
- Strong understanding of virtual conferencing technologies and platforms.
