Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO) to lead our clinical informatics strategy at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in a clinical specialty
- 10+ years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on clinical informatics
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare data analytics, EHR systems, and clinical workflows
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to health informatics (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
- Experience with population health management and value-based care initiatives
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in healthcare
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and health information exchange technologies
- Experience with clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and interoperability frameworks
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques for presenting clinical data insights
