Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) to lead our health information technology strategy at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with active medical licensure.
- 10+ years of experience in clinical practice and 5+ years in a leadership role focused on health information technology.
- Proven track record of managing EHR implementations and optimizing clinical workflows.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive clinical improvements.
Preferred:
- Board certification in Clinical Informatics.
- Experience in a large healthcare organization or academic medical center.
- Familiarity with data interoperability standards and health information exchange.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and health information management technologies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies, including population health management.
- Understanding of clinical decision support systems and their integration into workflow.
