Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Education to lead our educational initiatives, enhancing the quality of clinical care through innovative training programs. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- 10+ years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an education or training role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful clinical education programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements related to clinical education.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive educational improvements.
- Knowledge of telehealth and digital education platforms.
