Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Clinical Education to lead our education initiatives and drive the development of clinical training programs. In this pivotal role, you will create and implement comprehensive educational strategies that enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- A Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical education or training role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage educational initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in clinical operations or patient care.
- Certification in nursing education (CNE) or a related credential.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
