Role Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional healthcare solutions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices.
- Proven track record of managing clinical teams and driving performance improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., MSN, DNP, or equivalent).
- Experience in telehealth or digital health solutions.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data analysis.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical management software.
- Experience with data analytics tools to monitor clinical performance metrics.
