Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in surveying, with a proven track record in project leadership and management
- Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor and familiarity with local and national surveying standards
- Strong technical proficiency in surveying software, including CAD and GIS applications
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced surveying technologies such as LiDAR, UAVs, and 3D scanning
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
- Membership in professional surveying organizations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in land surveying principles and practices, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and levels
- Experience with data management systems and compliance with legal surveying documentation
