Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in childcare management, including experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood education best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and leading teams
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with program development and implementation in a multi-site childcare setting
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards
