Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Regional Preschool Director to oversee multiple preschool locations, ensuring that our educational programs are delivered with the highest standards of quality and care. In this fully remote position, you will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a thriving educational environment that supports the holistic development of young children.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to preschool directors and staff across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to educational standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive curricula that promote early childhood learning and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Foster collaborative relationships with parents, communities, and local organizations to enhance program visibility and engagement.
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for preschool staff, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and operational processes to achieve financial sustainability and growth.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving program quality and operational efficiency.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple preschool locations or programs.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in educational management software and tools for data tracking and analysis.
- Experience with online training platforms and virtual communication tools.
- Strong understanding of child development assessments and early learning standards.
