Role Overview

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with children and families in a social services or child protection setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and the dynamics of child abuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or related field.
- Experience working directly in child protective services or advocacy organizations.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws related to child welfare.
- Certification in trauma-informed care or related specialties.
