Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team and lead the electrical engineering department. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in our electrical systems. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience with renewable energy systems or smart grid technology.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in using simulation tools for electrical systems analysis.
- Understanding of power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
