Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical projects in a commercial or industrial setting
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in renewable energy projects or smart building technologies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site presence with remote collaboration
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software for electrical systems
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) principles and applications
