We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Meetings and Events to lead our global events strategy at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale meetings and events in a corporate environment
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and contract negotiation
Preferred:
- Experience in a VP or senior leadership role within a similar industry
- Familiarity with digital event platforms and hybrid event strategies
- Proven ability to drive innovation in event design and execution
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong knowledge of virtual event technologies and platforms
- Ability to utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve event outcomes
