Role Overview

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for packaging in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with automated packaging systems, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
