Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in packaging operations or related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and technologies.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sustainability initiatives within packaging operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance related to packaging.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in packaging design software and tools (e.g., ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks).
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
