Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality home care services. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of home health aides, ensuring that clients receive compassionate, personalized care that meets their needs and enhances their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of home health aides, providing guidance and mentoring on best practices in patient care

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory experience in home health or healthcare settings
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent qualification
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

- Knowledge of medical terminology and home health care regulations
