Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Certification as a Cardiac Monitor Technician or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in cardiac monitoring, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmias and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in using cardiac monitoring systems and equipment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
