Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Camp Director to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Monitor camper behavior and implement strategies to support positive social interactions
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving camp operations and programming
- Assist in the management of camp budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a camp or educational setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the start of camp)
Preferred:
- Experience in program development and implementation for youth
- Knowledge of child development and best practices in youth engagement
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using camp management software for scheduling and tracking camper information
- Familiarity with digital communication tools to facilitate parent and staff communication
