Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating youth programs, preferably in a camp or educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to inclusivity.
- Background in child development or education-related fields.
- Familiarity with camp management software and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
