Role Overview
We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor (Buses) to oversee and enhance the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our bus fleet. This role is critical in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our passengers, and you will lead a dedicated team in executing efficient cleaning operations while adhering to regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations for our bus fleet, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols that optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of buses to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce safety policies and procedures related to cleaning operations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of budgetary forecasts and track operational expenses.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector, particularly in transportation.
