Role Overview
As the Lead Bus Washer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our fleet of buses. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the bus washing team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards.

- Train and mentor team members on effective washing techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Conduct regular inspections of buses to identify areas needing special attention or repair.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule washing activities that minimize disruptions to service.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a vehicle washing or detailing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive performance.
