Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management sector.

- Strong knowledge of cleaning industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, facilities management, or a related field.
