Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Branch Operations to lead and optimize our branch operations across multiple locations. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experiences, and implementing best practices to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our branches. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop operational strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all branches, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch management teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with company objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation across branches
- Act as a key liaison between branches and corporate, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving performance targets
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop diverse teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial services or retail sector
- Advanced degree in business administration or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
