Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Branch Administrator to support the daily operations of our branch. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry to support branch operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to branch clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required by branch management

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software
Preferred:
- Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
