Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Regional Bank Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across multiple branches within [$COMPANY_LOCATION]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving operational efficiencies
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Experience in a regional management role overseeing multiple branches
