Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all body shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs and adherence to safety standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the scheduling of repairs, ensuring timely completion while optimizing resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a remote team of technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive repair management, with a strong understanding of body shop operations
- Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
