Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Paint Supervisor to lead our paint shop team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments, including collision repair and quality assurance, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Manage inventory of paint supplies and equipment, placing orders and maintaining accurate records.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in auto body painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in an auto body shop environment.
- Proven ability to manage a team, drive performance, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Preferred:
- Certification from a recognized automotive body repair program.
- Experience with modern paint technologies and finishes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment.
- Experience with color matching and mixing automotive paints.
- Knowledge of automotive repair software and inventory management systems.
