Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boardinghouse Keeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our boardinghouse, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the facilities, providing exceptional service, and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the boardinghouse, including managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Organize community events and activities to promote resident engagement and foster a supportive living environment.
- Manage resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing prompt and effective resolution.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with residents and staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a residential or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements.
