Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

- Stay informed of local rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential and/or commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional customer service
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM))
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)
