Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Automotive Technology Programs to lead and drive cutting-edge initiatives within our automotive sector. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in automotive technology, program management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology programs with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with electric and autonomous vehicle technologies.
- Advanced degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
