Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Electronics Technology Instructor to join our esteemed educational institution. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of course materials for electronics technology programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with lead instructors to enhance curriculum content and teaching methodologies, incorporating innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements in electronics technology and educational practices.
- Support student outreach and recruitment initiatives to promote the electronics technology program.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronics principles and practices, with hands-on experience in laboratory settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Preferred:
- Previous teaching or instructional experience at the post-secondary level.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies, including online learning platforms.
- Industry certifications relevant to electronics technology.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in electronic design software and simulation tools, such as Multisim or LTspice.
- Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and various electronic components.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
