Responsibilities

- Provide mentorship and training to junior mechanics, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to support vehicle repair schedules and customer service initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic with a focus on suspension and steering systems.
- ASE certification in Suspension and Steering Systems or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle suspension systems.
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of suspension and steering system components and their functions.
- Experience with hydraulic and electronic steering systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for vehicle repairs.
