Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our dedicated team, where you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating hearing and balance disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations to assess hearing acuity and balance disorders.
- Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other amplification devices, ensuring optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health and available treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans for patients with complex needs.
- Stay current with advancements in audiology practices and technology to continuously improve patient care.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Audiologist in [$COMPANY_LOCATION].
- Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnostic audiology, including the use of various audiometric equipment.
Preferred:
- Experience in hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation.
