Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Audiologist to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional auditory care and rehabilitation services. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with hearing and balance disorders, leveraging your expertise to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry
- Diagnose hearing impairments and balance disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices
- Fit, dispense, and provide counseling on the use of hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide auditory rehabilitation services, including auditory training and counseling for patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist in [$COMPANY_LOCATION]
