Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in ASIC design, with a proven track record of successful project leadership
- Strong expertise in digital design methodologies, including RTL coding, synthesis, and verification
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of analog design principles and mixed-signal ASIC design
- Experience in designing chips for high-volume production and familiarity with manufacturing processes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Verilog/VHDL and SystemVerilog
- Familiarity with verification methodologies, including UVM and formal verification techniques
- Strong understanding of DFT (Design for Test) techniques and methodologies
