Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 8+ years of experience in IC design and management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IC design projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, along with proficiency in relevant design tools such as Cadence or Synopsys.
- Experience with silicon validation and debug processes.
Preferred:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience designing RF, mixed-signal, or high-speed digital circuits.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT) methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in IC design tools including Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
- Strong analytical skills in simulation and modeling of IC behaviors.
