Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor of Aquaculture and Fisheries to join our esteemed faculty. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring students at the university level.
- Strong record of research accomplishments, including publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Postdoctoral experience in aquaculture or fisheries science.
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding for research projects.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in aquaculture and fisheries management, especially in the context of climate change and sustainability.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design related to aquatic systems.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software relevant to aquaculture and fisheries science (e.g., R, GIS, remote sensing).
- Familiarity with field sampling techniques and laboratory methodologies in aquatic science.
