Role Overview
We are seeking a distinguished academic leader for the position of Endowed Chair in Aquaculture and Fisheries. This role is integral to advancing our research and educational initiatives in sustainable aquaculture practices and fisheries management. Responsibilities

- Mentor faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students, fostering an environment of academic excellence and collaboration.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Aquaculture, Fisheries Biology, Marine Science, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in academic or research settings, with a demonstrated record of leadership.
- Proven track record of securing funding for research projects and leading interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Extensive publication record in high-impact journals related to aquaculture and fisheries.
