Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor of Oceanic Sciences who is passionate about advancing the understanding of oceanic systems and their influence on global climate and ecosystems. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Oceanic Sciences or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated record of research excellence in oceanic sciences, including publications in reputable journals.
- Experience in teaching at the university level, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse student populations.
Preferred:
- Postdoctoral experience in a relevant area of oceanic sciences.
- Expertise in interdisciplinary research, integrating oceanic sciences with climate change, marine biology, or environmental policy.
- Proficiency in using advanced research methodologies and technologies relevant to oceanic studies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB).
