Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor of Farm Management to join our esteemed agricultural faculty. This position is critical in fostering academic excellence and nurturing the next generation of agricultural leaders. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in farm management and related disciplines.

- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and foster partnerships for student internships and job placements.
- Advise undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career paths, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental and university service activities, contributing to the academic community and promoting the mission of the institution.
- Engage in extension activities that disseminate research findings and best practices to farmers and agricultural professionals.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Farm Management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at the collegiate level, with a focus on farm management or agricultural sciences.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or evidence of research potential.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and course materials.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with agricultural organizations or government agencies.
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and emerging trends in farm management.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis relevant to agricultural research.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
