Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Exercise Physiology to lead our innovative team dedicated to advancing exercise science and optimizing performance. Responsibilities

- Establish and promote best practices in exercise assessment, prescription, and training protocols, ensuring adherence to the latest scientific guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including coaches, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to create holistic performance enhancement strategies.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform program improvements and validate the efficacy of exercise interventions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of exercise physiologists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in exercise physiology, with a proven track record of program development and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of exercise testing protocols, physiological assessment techniques, and training methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- PhD in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
- Experience in research publication and grant writing.
- Certifications from recognized organizations such as ACSM, NSCA, or similar.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in exercise testing equipment and software for data analysis.
- Experience with emerging technologies in fitness and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with statistical software for analyzing research data.
