Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of experience as an anesthesia technician or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of anesthesia equipment and technology
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and support
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Certification as an Anesthesia Technician (e.g., Certified Anesthesia Technician - CAT)
