Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Business Intelligence to lead our data-driven decision-making initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the design and optimization of data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions to enhance data accessibility and usability across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into business performance
- Manage a team of data analysts and BI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by providing training and support to stakeholders at all levels

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading BI initiatives
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing talent
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data management and warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Strong understanding of database technologies and data architecture
