Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Polisher to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic and functional quality of aluminum surfaces. Responsibilities
- Perform polishing operations on aluminum parts using various tools and techniques to achieve desired finishes
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and conducting routine maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to optimize polishing processes and improve overall efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Document work performed and maintain records of production metrics
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in metal polishing or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to operate polishing tools and machinery effectively
Preferred:
- Experience with aluminum alloys and their specific polishing requirements
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using polishing tools and equipment, including grinders, buffers, and sanders
