Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication between parties involved in the dispute resolution process, promoting a constructive dialogue
- Maintain accurate records of ADR processes, including timelines, correspondence, and outcomes
- Conduct research on alternative dispute resolution methods and best practices to enhance our organization's offerings
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your understanding of ADR practices and procedures
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Conflict Resolution, or a related field
- Strong interest in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Preferred:
- Internship or volunteer experience in a legal or mediation setting
- Familiarity with mediation and arbitration processes
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with case management software or databases is a plus
- Ability to leverage online research tools to gather relevant information
