Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) or equivalent certification.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance.
Preferred:
- Experience with specific aircraft types relevant to our fleet.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Understanding of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, and propulsion systems.
