Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor (AC/DC Rewinding) to lead our rewinding team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations of AC/DC motor rewinding processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the rewinding team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

- Conduct hands-on training and mentorship for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry, specifically in motor rewinding or repair.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in supervising technical teams.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC motor theory and rewinding techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
Preferred:
- Technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with advanced rewinding machinery and automated processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to motor repair and rewinding.
